This approach allows us to optimize our booking management, ensuring a smooth transition for you, from the moment you arrive. Payment can be made via the Stripe payment platform.

4. Free cancellation window
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. This policy gives you the peace of mind and flexibility you need to plan your stay.
5. Refund scale for late cancellation
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation within 7 days prior to arrival, the following charges apply, reflecting the proximity of the arrival date:
– 6 days before : 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)
– 5 days before : 70% refund (30% cancellation fee)
– 4 days before : 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
– 3 days before : 30% refund (70% cancellation fee)
– 2 days before : 10% refund (90% cancellation fee)
– Less than 24 hours: Unfortunately, no refund is possible.

Each Pur-Oasis package is carefully crafted to offer an intimate, comfortable experience for two in the Casitas, but with the option of a sofa bed should the need arise. In the Casa principal, in addition to 2 queen-size beds and a bunk bed, an extra sofa bed is also available if required. Our villas and casitas are designed to accommodate a family or a couple, guaranteeing an ideal space to relax and recharge.
